Entry Fee $50.00 per entry.
Commission on sale is 6% plus a $6.00 charge for a new lead rope which will be given
to the purchaser on payment of your horse. The entry fee must accompany the entry form
before a lot number will be issued, and there will be no exceptions. Lot numbers will
be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Payment may be made by cheque to:
David Carson’s Auction Services, cash, debit or visa. This is not
a secure site when giving visa information. This can be given over the telephone.

- Lot numbers will be assigned on first come first serviced basis.
- If an entry is registered the registration papers, signed transfer and if applicable breeding information must be sent with entry by sale day. It is the sole
responsibility of the consignor to furnish these papers. Payment will not be issued until such papers are turned over to Carson's office staff.
- GUARANTEES on horses are strictly between buyer and seller.
- Reserve bids on horses must be established before the horse goes through the sale ring.
- If your horse is not sold you must have a release form from the main office before taking the horse from the barn. NO HORSE will be released from the
barn without a release form.
- Each horse selling must be left with a halter on for the new owner, if not a new one will be issued to the buyer at the seller’s expense. Please remember to take your own lead rope back as a new one is provided to the buyer.
- It is the consignor’s responsibility to have the horse up to the ring in sale order. You must take your own horse through the sale ring. Horses sell in hip tag
order unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for your horse while on Carson’s property.
- All horses must go through the sale ring. ABSOLUTELY NO PRIVATE SALES! Any horse on premise during sale days will be charged an entry fee.
- All horses and any additional changes must arrive at the office, 1 hour prior to horses starting to sell! NO LATER
