In order to participate you must go to the following web-site: www.silentauctionbiz.com and create an account by following the instructions below:
TO LOGIN– Click “Login” located in the top right hand corner. Or select the sale you are interested in – You will now see a login screen with Email Address and Password fields. If you haven’t created an account you must click “Bidder Registration”.
Creating an Account - Enter your accurate information which will include your credit card – click (I’m not a Robot) & Register. You are now able to go to the auction you are interested in.
TO BID– Click on the picture and item you are interested in. You will see a tag number and description and the biding box. The bidding box shows the amount you need to bid in order to purchase that item. Each item goes up in set increments depending on the price of the item. You can bid one at a time and carefully watch the item or you can put your maximum bid in where you would be happy to purchase that items. MAXIMUM BID does not mean that the item will reach that price but the computer will automatically bid on your behalf until that price is reached, if another bidder is bidding.
(It should be noted at a buyer’s premium of 5% is added to each item to a maximum of $800.00. This will be shown just under the bidding box so that you see what the item is actually costing you).
You then click that you have read the terms and conditions and PRESS PLACE BID In the blue box. Then you have bid on this item. A note will be shown at the top of the page that you bid has been successful. If you bid is not being registered make sure you read the note at the top which usually means someone has put a maximum bid that exceeds your bid or it matches it, and you need to put a higher amount into the bidding box.

PICK-UP- Pickup is at the Carsons Auction Service 5531 Perth Line 86, Listowel, ON. unless otherwise noted. Pickup must be completed by July 29th unless other arrangements are made. Loader is available for loading Monday to Friday 9Am to 4PM.
PAYMENT POLICY- Payment must be made in full within 2 days after sale is completed unless other arrangements have been made. Payment can be made by Cheque, Cash, E-Transfer, Wire Transfer, Interac, Visa, Master card. There is a 3% transaction fee on visa and master card purchases. All items purchased online will have a 5% Buyers Premium to a maximum of $800.00 per item. HST will be charged and is additional to purchase price, buyer’s premium and credit card transaction on all applicable items. *E-Transfers can be sent to email@example.com
Please note your credit card is not charged automatically when you purchase, you will need to get in contact with our office to make payment. When registering your credit card is used for security Carson’s Auctions does not have access to this number.
